September 2011 Newsletter

We want to welcome all students to our fall program, both those who have been on vacation and those students who are new to Kumon.

We look forward to working with you this year and  will be here to support you as you discover your full potential. 

Students are reminded that regular attendance is very important as advancement through our curriculum will be enhanced  as we work closely wtih you to make the most of your Kumon expereince.

Completion of the daily practice, which supports the class assignments, is also crritical to success. Any students who are experiencing homework challenges, please do not hesitate to come and speak to us about any problems you may have.  We are always ready and willing to adjust assignments and assist you in the classroom with any curriculum challenges.

Parents are encouraged to keep in touch with centre staff and are welcome to speak to Linda or Kristen whenever issues arise or whenever you would like an update. 

Regular parents' conferences are also scheduled throughout the year and emails are sent informing parents that achievement test resutls have been added to the homework pouches.    If you need to update your email address, please let me know at linda@kumonvictoria.ca.
